Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the service provided, we will refund back the money, But provide reasons Should be genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their products or services and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
You are eligible for a refund on the following circumstances;
- Your packaging has been damaged at the time of delivery
- If your delivery address is outside of our zone area
- Failure to contact by phone or email at the time of confirming an order
- Due to unavailability of an item
- For quality issues kindly contact retailers, we are only responsible for delivery of the product
- If you receive any faulty or defective product from the retailer, you have to inform the retailer as soon as you receive the product and service.
- If you have made an online payment at the time of placing the order and if your order is rejected due to the unavailability of an item then your amount would be credited in your wallet so, you can utilize it immediately, and if you wanted in your bank account then it will take around 7-8 days to reflect in your account.
You and we are entitled to cancel your order in following circumstances;
- You can cancel your order if it is not confirmed by shop owner/retailer
- In case of unavailability of an item
- Outside of our delivery zone
- We do not support cancellation for the following items once it was confirmed by the shop owner eg. Fastfood, ice cream, cake, lunch, and the items/products require to prepare according to customer needs.
- You can cancel non-perishable items at any time but you have to pay delivery charges.
KadiBuddy reserves the right at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, like unavailability of the product, service or quantity from the seller or service provider, or any unforeseen conditions.
Seller / Service providers can define their own cancellation and return policy:-
Retailers have the authority to define their own cancellation and return policy so, make sure you contact the seller and confirm the return and refund policy. Kindly contact the retailer if you want to return the delivered item, we are only responsible for delivery of the product.
- In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and KadiBuddy will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
- Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, KadiBuddy reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount )from the user if similar charges are also borne by KadiBuddy.
- At any point of time, if KadiBuddy finds that the promotion code has been misused by a customer by falsifying the Email Id or Mobile Number; KadiBuddy will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.
